Obituary of Joseph (Joe) Vaclav RYS

Joe Rys of Calgary, AB, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021 at the age of 86 years.

Joe loved life and was loved by many. Left to cherish his memory are his two children, Susan Gillis (Steve) and John Rys; four grandchildren, Amanda Gillis, Kaytee (Jason) Chambers, Danielle and Sasha Brass as well as relatives in Prague and the Czech Republic.  He was predeceased by his loving and beloved wife, Kathy and his sister, Alena.

The family will be holding a private service.
