Condolences
Karen, Shelley , Cathy and family.
On behalf of the Kanuka family we want to tell you how sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. We all adored your mother! We remember all the fun times we had with your family at the Willow Park house and our Scarboro house. Our parents were great friends and your mom was so lovely to all of us. May she forever be in your hearts. I know she will be missed.
Take care, Margot Lang (Kanuka)
Karen, Shelley, Cathy and family. Very sorry to hear about Pat. I was fortunate enough to know Ted and Pat for many years - and was a groomsman at their wedding. Pat was a very fine, classy woman - and we appreciated having her as a friend. Sorry for your loss. Elenora and Art Deyholos.
Hello Karen, Shelley and Cathy and families.
I am so very sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was a lovely, classy lady (who always looked like a million bucks, as my Mom said!). My Mom (Dot Wilson) and your Mom spent many long visits over the backyard fence in Estevan, or on the front steps while us kids played on the front lawns. My memories of your Mom are ones of her being kind, gentle and accepting of all.
I had many phone call visits with your Mom, and she always had anecdotes about each one of you and all the grandchildren - of whom she was very proud. The loss of your mother is a big loss in one's life - it doesn't matter how old they were or you are, it is still the loss of your Mom.
May you have the support of family and friends, and may peace find its way to you in time.
Sincerely,
Judy (Wilson) Yathon
Cathy, Shelley and Karen, I’m sending comforting hugs and sharing in your sadness as you remember your beautiful mother. Mrs. Huta was another mother to me as I spent many nights at your house when we all lived on Willow Green Dr. She was sweet, gentle and so kind to me. I am blessed to have so many wonderful memories with her in them. I will always remember the blue jar, ham stacks and of course her homemade donuts. Cherish your memories and know she will always be with you and with her beloved grandkids.
