Obituary of Sharon Cindy DICKIE

December 10, 1958 – Whiterock, British Columbia 
May 10, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

Sharon Dickie, beloved wife of Kathy Cochran, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at the age of 62 years.

Sharon was born in White Rock, BC on December 10, 1958. She moved to Calgary, AB as a child. Sharon graduated from SAIT with a degree in Engineering Technology. In 2008, Sharon married Kathy Cochran. Sharon accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of her family. She had a passion for the outdoors, camping and travel. Sharon will be remembered for her advice and reliability, always knowing what to do, putting others before herself, and especially for her unconditional love.

Besides her loving wife, Sharon is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Allison and Craig Workman of Strathmore, AB; son and daughter-in-law, Mason and Justine Dickie of Calgary, AB; and four grandchildren, Alyssa, Leah, Aiden and Sara. Sharon is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Allan and Bonnie Dickie of Hornby Island, BC; as well as numerous friends. 

A Private Funeral Service will be held, on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends are invited to join Sharon’s service streamed live (see below) on the day of the service. For those who are unable to view live, a recording of the service will be posted. Condolences, memories and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
