Obituary of Jacob WIESHLOW

March 13, 1939 – Buchanan, Saskatchewan
May 11, 2021– Calgary, Alberta

Jacob (Jack) Wieshlow, beloved husband of Helen Wieshlow (nee Oakes) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the age of 82 years.

Jack was born in Buchanan, SK in 1939. That same year, his family moved to Alberta where he was raised in Arrowwood. He worked for many years in Calgary as a Purchasing Manager at the Molson Brewery and SMED International. In his retirement years, Jack enjoyed spending time with his many friends.

A good father, husband, employee and community volunteer, Jack will be missed by many.

Besides his loving wife of sixty years, Jack is survived by his sons Jim and Don, and daughter Marlene, as well as four grand children and four great-grandchildren.
