May 12, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

After a long and very valiant battle with pancreatic cancer Scott passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the age of 58 years holding the hand of his beloved wife Joy.

Scott was born in the Holy Cross Hospital on August 15, 1962, a second son to his parents, Peter and Denise. He was always proud of being an Albertan and a Calgary “boy”. He loved the Flames, Stampeders, golf, camping, travelling and sports. Family, friends and his wife were his world. Scott operated ethically and professionally, a very successful private investigation company specializing in civil and criminal cases.

Besides his loving wife Joy, Scott is survived by his step-daughter Katie and her brother Nick; parents, Peter and Denise Tarrant; brother George (Rita), nephew Spencer (Nicole), uncle Ron Tarrant, cousins, Stewart and Susanne and family; as well as many relatives in the United Kingdom and United States of America.

Great thanks to the two immediate neighbours and many friends whose support and kindness have made his last journey so much easier.
