Condolences
Dear Richard, I was saddened to learn of the passing of your father Donald from my father another Donald DJC1. You're great partner and friend to my father over the years, so I wanted to send condolences and good thoughts to your family during this difficult time. Yours very sincerely, Doran James Chernichen
We were so sorry to hear of Brother Steele’s passing. We loved to hear him bear his testimony each month and how he spoke about the love he he had for Marilyn and his family.
Very sorry to hear of President Steele's passing. We had worked in the Calgary Temple with him and his dear wife and they were
wonderful to be around. I will always have fond memories of Don and hope all the best for his dear wife.
How wonderful it is that he is reunited with his family.

We were very sorry to learn of Don's death. We served so many years together in the stake presidency. Don was always so faithful to his assignments and was so helpful to all the members of the stake and to us of the stake presidency. Marilyn, you have always been so supportive to Don's church service. Don will be greatly missed as a good friend and fellow servant in the gospel. We would have loved to be with you at this time, however covid does not allow.

Thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time of sadness and loss. As I have pondered Don's influence in my life these last few days I am full of thanksgiving of having my life touched by this great man. He was my neighbor at one time, my bishop, and my friend. I learned much from his spoken words but much more from his example.
