Obituary of Jeffrey Ryan ALEXSON

August 18, 1970 -  Grenfell, Saskatchewan            

May 30, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta   

Our beloved father, son, brother and uncle, Jeff Alexson was called home by our Creator on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at the age of 50 years.

Jeff grew up in a Baseball family.  Starting at a very young age as a Bat Boy which lead him to many baseball tournaments across Indian Country as well as into the USA. His out fielding skills earned him many trophies including MVPs and All-stars.

Jeff is survived by his son Ryan; his parents Wallace and Florence Alexson;  brothers, Wallace Jr and Chris and the late Patrina;  special friend Heather Black; special niece Kristen; nephews, Jacob, Anthony, Austin, Aiden, Amos, Cedric and Josh; and niece Priscilla and traditional grandson Malakai.

Jeff will also be mourned by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and his friends and associates with whom he worked with in Oil and Gas industry.

Jeff was predeceased by his sister Farrah; his brother Tyson; his grandparents, Kokum Mary Bunnie and Mooshoom Tony Bunnie, and Kokum Rosalie Sangwais and Mooshoom Clifford Sangwais; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. The family apologizes if we have missed anyone.

Following Covid protocols a Private Wake and Funeral Service will be held.  Those wishing to say goodbye may do so at the conclusion of the Funeral Service on Friday, June 4, 2021 between 12:00 PM and 1:00 P.M.  A Private Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.  Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Jeff’s obituary at www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
