Obituary of Vivian Anne Muriel Armstrong

April 10, 1938 – Regina, Saskatchewan October 18, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta Vivian, beloved wife of B. Vaughan Armstrong of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at the age of 79 years. She had many talents including driving a fork lift in high heels and extremely elegant speed skating and roller skating. She loved to garden despite her dog, Buster, digging bulbs up as quickly as she planted them. Besides her loving husband, Vaughan, Vivian is survived by her son, Fraser C. Armstrong; her daughter Stacey K. Armstrong; daughter-in-law Patricia Thygesen; grandchildren, Connor, Marlo and Declan; sisters-in-law Sonya and Sherry (Richard), many nieces and nephews and an abundance of friends. Vivian was predeceased by her mother (Catherine Nona Eade); father (Douglas Vivian (Preece) Jones); her half sister Katherine Stadnyk and her aunt Faithe Chapman. Thank you for all those who visited with Vivian through the years as she loved to socialize with family and friends. Vivian was loved and will be missed by many.
