Condolences
Am so sad that Kellie has passed on from this world. She will forever be in the hearts of so many of us whose lives she touched. Many years ago when Kellie and Richard were first married I remember making ovens full of zucchini treats to freeze and share in the long Alberta winter months. That's when I realized how generous, hard working and energetic Kellie was and how she always made everyone feel welcome and at home. Her love for family and friends, positivity, empathetic ear and contagious smile will live on making this crazy world a better place for all.
Sending Love Hugs and Prayers to Richard, Daniela, lil Richard and Steven ❤️
Richard, Daniela, Richard and Steven,
Twyla and I were much saddened to learn of Kellie's passing. We have fond memories of our time together in Silver Springs. Camping, Halloween, Christmas Open House, and so much more.

Friends of ours invited us to go camping with a group that they had been involved with for a number of years. One of the first couples we met were Rich and Kellie. They made us feel like we had always belonged. Giving us advice, sharing that they started with tent trailers, showing no mercy playing cards...
Kellie, we will miss your warmth, your smile, your friendship and your sense of fun. Condolences to Rich, Richard, Daniela and Steven and all your families.

Dear Richard, Daniela, Richard and Steven,
We are so sorry and sad to hear about Kellie! She was always positive, cheerful, and friendly when ever I was around her. She also created one of my fav parts of Christmas...your famous Christmas Eve Open House :) I always looked forward to this and loved the warm cozy home, filled with family, friends and people I may only get to see once a year (at the open house!). I was always impressed by all the effort Kellie went to host and make sure we all had our fill of meat balls :) While I have been overseas for 13 years now and have only been home for one Christmas, I remember how excited I was to bring Jason to the open house to meet you all. Funny enough we hosted our first ever Christmas open house this past year (not a custom here in NZ) and it was a hit. We may need to make it an annual thing and I will do it in her memory <3 Big love, hugs and prayers your way. Love Julia, Jason, Finnli and Skye. xoxo
Kellie and I became friends when I was 3 and she was 4. We were inseparable growing up and that special friendship continued throughout our entire lives. The bond we had was something few friends share for a lifetime and I am so very thankful to have had her as my best friend. I love you my dear friend. I will most definitely miss you but I know I will see you again when my time comes. Rest In Peace Kell xox
Rich, Daniela, Richard & Steven,
Please know that you are surrounded by love during this difficult time. Our plentiful memories of Kellie during our group camps will be cherished forever. Kellie's love for the outdoors, passion for family and friends, and her never-ending laughter will always be remembered. We are incredibly fortunate to have had Kellie in our lives and know that she will always be an angel among us.
Love, The McKelvey Family
Uncle Richard and all the family, words can't represent the sadness of your loss. I wish we could come to Calgary to be with you, but will support you here in Ontario in any way we can.
Sooo sad to see a person so young in age, spirit and attitude leave us. Only wish we could somehow bring back that warmth and spirit. Will miss you always Kellie.
Richard, Daniela, Richard and Steven, my heart breaks for your loss! Kellie was such an infectious person...with a smile that I will truly miss. She always made all of us feel so welcome and important. She never missed an opportunity to ask how my kids were doing and I knew she asked because she cared! Her absence will be felt by all of us. Please know I am thinking of you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I hope we get to see each other soon So I can hug you in person.
Love Debbie

Uncle Richard, Daniela, Little Richard & Steven: Sending you my most heartfelt condolences. I know I am telling you what you already know, but you had a wife and a mom that is a true inspiration. Aunt Kellie was one of the strongest women I know, and somehow managed to be, at the same time, one of the kindest. Her physical presence at family functions and camping trips will be hugely missed, but through all of you her memory, energy, and sense of humor will always be felt. I love you all so much and will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. ~Lynda
Richard & family: Kellie was an anchor for your family. I remember the long ago camping weekends, her laugh and willingness to brave most anything. Her love for her family was always evident. I will remember Kellie for her smile and accepting nature.
Keep well, Cathy Howes
My deepest heartfelt sympathy goes out to Kellie’s entire family and extended family.
Please know that Kellie will be dearly missed!
Her bright shining spirit would pick up everyone’s mood when she walked into a room.
Her laughter was amazing, which you heard a lot of, as she would almost always find the humour in most situations…and that speaks volumes to her fabulous character…she was such a card!!! And that’s probably why she loved cards as much as she did. ;)
She has now made her journey home, and is relishing in the thought of how wonderfully blessed her life was.
We love you Kellie doll, we’ll miss you immensely, but we’ll see you again!!! Love and hugs, Lori Jones
