Condolences
Sincerest condolences to family and friends of Jill.
April Wallace, Calgary, AB
Pat Kerfoot,
My condolences go out to Bill, Heather, Cameron, and Colby... and all the Alberta Kerfoots. Probably the liveliest member of the family, Jill will be sorely missed.
Jill, for a number of years, 'phoned me on January 4th and sang Happy Birthday.. WOW, what a beautiful voice !!! And for a long time she's 'phoned my stepfather, Michael, and kept him apprised of events in her bailliwick.
Dear Bill, Heather, and Cameron,
My condolences go out to you. I can only imagine how much you will miss her. Even though I did not know her very well, I will miss her terribly. She was one of my husband Dennis's golf partners. Every time he played with her he would come home and tell me what an eventful game it was. After he passed away, she would phone me now and again. I got so much pleasure from her calls. In the last call I got from her I learned of her health troubles. But in typical Jill fashion, she turned her misfortune into a wonderful love story. She told me that Bill had decided to move in with her and look after her. She was in love again, and could not be happier.
Shadia Drury ( wife of Dennis Drury)
Bill, Heather and Cameron,
Please know that our hearts, thoughts and memories are with you in this most difficult time. The last time I saw Jill was at Harry's funeral and we had a few laughs. One great memory was the camping trip to Kananaskis with Bill, Jill, Ernie and Christine to the "Dog" Golf Tournament in the early 80's, raining outside. We are dry in the motorhome having "Swedish Meatballs" and everyone else is soaked and roasting weiners outside. Unfortunately, both Ernie and Christine have now also passed. Thinking of all of you, take care,
Chuck and Doreen Oseen
I'll always remember her encouraging kids to eat their broccoli - it's a favourite of my kids and I often giggle about how Jilly would react to see them devour it! So sorry for your loss, Cam, Feather, Billy. Love from Megan (Fenwick) Beattie
Our condolences go out to all the family on Jill's passing. Especially to Bill, Heather, and Cameron whom, along with Jill, our young families shared many great times together "back in the day", we express our heartfelt sorrow for your loss. Jill was the first person Sheila met in Nurse’s Residence at the Foothills and when they had their first babies together on the same day, it was the beginning of years of family fun get-togethers for birthdays, New Year’s Eves, and sleepovers. Jill was always the life of the party and never failed to make us laugh! We are sorry to read of Jill's illness and passing today; our thoughts go out to each of you. Bruce & Sheila Fenwick
We are so sorry to hear of Jill's passing. Her struggle is over.
