Obituary of Shawn Dale Lee Cummer

April 24, 1986 - June 10, 2021

Shawn was born in Winnipeg and lived with his birth parents, Maurice Cummer and Sandra Pettigrew Cummer, and his siblings, Del and Gabe Pettigrew; and Crystal Beazley. He moved to Calgary at the age of three to stay with Bob and myself, Faye Beazley, and later his sister Crystal. He was a very quiet child and filled our home and our hearts. He was so happy when his sister came to live with us too.

Shawn was predeceased by his twin, Shane, his birth father, Maurice, uncles, Andrew and Jon; his Pettigrew grandparents, and his chosen dad, Bob Beazley. 
 
Along with his two brothers and sister, he is survived by brother James, sister Michelle Beazley, aunt Charlotte Cummer and family; uncle Bob Cummer and family; uncle Ron Cummer and family; aunt Ina Cummer and her family; many other aunts, cousins, and his best friends, Ken Jr and Steven. You were loved by those who knew you and will be greatly missed.

Go Rest in Peace, my son. I will love you forever.
