Obituary of Lorri Anne FOXCROFT

June 12, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta

Lorri Foxcroft of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the age of 57 years.

Lorri was born in Saskatoon, SK on October 6, 1963. She moved to Sherwood Park, AB at an early age and graduated from Salisbury Composite High School. Lorri then settled in Calgary, AB in 1987.

Lorri accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of her son, and her work as a financial administrative assistant.
She enjoyed and had a passion for reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends. 

Lorri’s most memorable vacation times were spent on the island of Maui, HI which she visited many times throughout her life. Another favorite destination of hers was Nashville, TN where she enjoyed country music festivals with her friends.

She will be most remembered for her love of her family and her guidance in helping many plan their financial futures.

Lorri is survived by her son, Nicholas McMechan of Calgary, AB. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law Rob Foxcroft and Amisha Foxcroft of Blind Bay, BC, her sister-in-law Wendy Foxcroft of St. Albert, AB, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Lorri was predeceased by her mother Margaret Foxcroft; her father Don Foxcroft; and her brother David Foxcroft. 

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road SE, Calgary, AB) on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. For those who are unable to attend, a recording of the service will be posted. Condolences, memories and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
