Obituary of Peter Jude BROWN-JACOBS

“Kiskoh” Little Angel in Heaven

      June 23, 2021 – Calgary, Alberta            

Peter Jude Brown-Jacobs, “Kiskoh” (Little Angel in Heaven) blessed us briefly with his presence on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. He was born to parents, Isabelle Jacobs of the Tsuut’ina Nation and Trey Brown of the Louis Bull First Nation.

Kiskoh, although only with us for a short time, the imprint he made on our hearts was immense. The magnitude of the love he brought into our lives will live on in our hearts and memories forever. Kiskoh is survived by his maternal grandmother, Angela Jacobs, paternal grandparents, Roxanne (Wayne) Cutknife and Raymond Brown; maternal uncles, Daniel and Isaiah; aunts, Jaya, M’Taya, Navada and Emily; paternal uncles, Desmond, Raymond Jr, Damon, Braydon, Kayden and Jayden; aunts, Sherisse (Jordy), Naomi, Breanne and Desiree (Jeremy); special aunties, Gina Crowchief, Shayden Pipestem, Tyisha Meguinis, Heaven-Leigh Jacobs; and special cousins Brooklin, Josiah, Coby, Angie, Ava and Joah Jacobs, and from Dad's side Easton, Ellie, Rixon, Corey, Payton, Adalyn, Novalee, and Joella. He is also survived by the Jacobs, Dodginghorse, Big Plume, Pipestem, Simeon, Meguinis, families of the Tsuutina Nation, along with the Cardinal, Browns, Cutknife, Nepoose, Potts families of the Maskwacis and Saddle Lake First Nations.

Kiskoh was predeceased by his maternal great-grandparents, Jackson and Judi Jacobs; paternal great-grandparents, Peter and Theresa Cardinal Jr. and Eddie Potts; and his special uncle Darwin Jackson. The family apologises if we have inadvertently overlooked anyone. The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers, love, support and condolences during this difficult time. Siiyisgaas. 

Wake Services will be held at Bullhead Hall, Tsuut’ina Nation on Friday, June 25 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Bullhead  Hall on Saturday, June 26 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Tsuut’ina Cemetery. Condolences, memories and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
