Obituary of Barbara Nellie KISBY (nee West)

Barbara (Barb) Nellie Kisby passed away peacefully. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Earl; son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Amanda; grandchildren, Rob, Nichole, Stacey; and great-grandson Chase. She was predeceased by her loving husband, William (Bill) Kisby, daughter Sharon, son-in-law Doug, and grandson Tyler.
