Obituary of Eugenio BELLUSCI
January 20, 1931 – Mongrassano, Cosenza Italy
June 29, 2021 - Calgary, Alberta
Eugenio Bellusci, beloved husband of 68 years to Caterina Bellusci of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at the age of 90 years.
He immigrated to Calgary in 1967. Eugenio enjoyed gardening, making wine and spending time with family. He will be most remembered for his love and devotion to his family.
Besides his loving wife Caterina, Eugenio is survived by his two sons, Giuseppe (Lida) and Lorenzo (Philippa); seven grandchildren, Giovanni, Osvaldo (Lynda), Tina, Eugenio, Caterina (David), Marco, and Elena; and eight great-grandchildren, George, Angelina, Claudia, Osvaldo Jr, Aria, Anthony, Amelia, and Lida. Eugenio is also survived by his sister Annina. He was predeceased by his daughter Angelina, parents, Angelina and Giuseppe; two brothers, Pietro and Ernesto; and his sister Rita.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael Catholic Community (800 – 85th Street S.W., Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, July 7th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Graveyard service to follow at Queens Park Mausoleum.
