It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Connie Migliarese on July 12, 2021, after a valiant battle with cancer, at the age of 56. 

Connie spent thirty-seven wonderful years married to the love of her life, John Migliarese. She was an amazing and devoted mother to her two best friends, her daughters, Angela and Julia. She dedicated her entire life to them.

We will never forget our wonderful family vacations, the gourmet meals and baking she so enjoyed preparing for us, her love of books, her fascination with the moon, and her admiration for the leaves in the Fall. However, nothing topped the unwavering devotion she had for her three cherished granddaughters, Mia, Olivia, and Audrianna. They were the light of her life and brought her tremendous happiness and joy. The girls were her strength and why she fought so hard to stay here with us. They will miss their incredible Nonna every day. Our world will never be the same, but we will spend our days honouring Connie, remembering all she taught us and cherishing the years we had together. Our angel will be deeply missed.

Connie is lovingly remembered by her husband John Migliarese, daughters and sons-in-law, Angela & Matt Colucci and Julia & Nate Magee; and granddaughters, Mia, Olivia and Audrianna. She will also be missed by her father Frank Lucente, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Connie was predeceased by her mother Rosa Lucente.

A Private Service will be held for close family and friends with details to follow. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Kahn and his team at the Foothills Medical Centre for their efforts. As well to the Dulcina Hospice Care for their compassionate staff who helped us through some of the most difficult days.
