Condolences
I was saddened to hear of Dennis' passing. With COVID I had not been able to visit Dennis but he was always in my thoughts. I thoroughly enjoyed curling with and against Dennis at the Winter Club. I will always remember the visits I had with Dennis in the two retirement homes. In spite of any health concerns he always had a smile on his face and was so friendly with all the other residents. My sincere condolences to the kids and grandkids - you have a house full of fond memories that will help get you through this most difficult time.
He was a lovely, inspiring family man! His epic short game in golf claimed victory everytime we played.
I will miss seeing him on visits to Calgary.
Condolenses to my Calgary Family xoxox
So many memories of Denny - way back when, choir games and parties, playing pool while trying to avoid all of the obstacles - so much fun! More recently, I always looked forward to his hug every Sunday as I came up the aisle at Central. I think the last time I saw him was at Tricia’s memorial at Colleen’s house. He was a wonderful, loving man and shall be missed.
My wife Marjorie(nee Reid) and I attended Eastwood high school (Edmonton) with Denny in the 1950s. He was a prime organizer/host of many fabulous Eastwood reunions over many many years. For that gift we are eternally grateful. Many thanks Denny and our condolences to the family. Glen and Marge Chrapko
