Reg Delbrouck, beloved husband of Kathleen Delbrouck (nee Murray), of Calgary, AB, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021, at the age of 67 years.

Reg was born in Edmonton, AB, on February 15, 1954. He was a proud member of the Boilermakers Local 146, and he was employed as a B Pressure Welder for forty years, as well, he had his MIG and TIG tickets. Reg married Kathleen in 1979. Reg enjoyed hunting, fishing, and coaching baseball, but his favorite pastime was spending time with his grandson Connor, teaching him important life skills. Reg’s most memorable vacation was when he visited Newfoundland and went cod jigging on the Atlantic Ocean. From his loving wife, “you were my bread when I was hungry, you were my shelter from troubled winds, you were my anchor in life's oceans but most of all you were my best friend”. He will be most remembered for a man of few words, but when he said them, he meant them, and lived by them.

Besides his loving wife Kathleen, Reg is survived by his son Jason Delbrouck, daughter Alycia Delbrouck, and grandson Connor Dempsey. Reg is also survived by his brother Elrick Delbrouck, sisters, Barbara Mowat, and Loretta Burechailo; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Reg was predeceased by his mother Dora Delbrouck.

A private service will be held. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Reginald’s obituary at www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
