Obituary of Lynne Cousineau

Lynne Cousineau (nee Giroux), beloved partner of Larry Clisby, of Chestermere, AB, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021, at the age of 68 years.
Lynne was born in Montreal, QC, on September 16, 1952. She was a member of ACTRA performers union and helped train new medical professionals, with Medskills, at the Cumming School of Medicine. Lynne accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of her singing and performing. Lynne loved to sing, dance, and act on stage. She was a performer who won over 30 competitions. Lynne’s most memorable vacations were when she went to Florida and on a cruise to Nassau after winning the Stampede singing contest. She will be most remembered for her huge heart.
Besides her loving partner Larry, Lynne is survived by her two sons, Chris, and Keith; stepdaughter Melanie, two stepsons, Steven, and Jesse; and two grandchildren, Morgan, and Matthew. Lynne is also survived by her brother Paul, and two sisters, Karen, and Wendy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (12281 40 Street S.E, Calgary, AB) on Sunday, August 29, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Lynne’s life at The Marlborough Community Center (636 Marlborough Way N.E., Calgary, AB) on Sunday, August 29, 2021, from 2:30 p.m. until later.
