Obituary of Darcy Albert Hagel

Darcy Hagel, beloved husband of Robin Hagel (nee Copp), of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 at the age of 53 years.
Darcy was born in Calgary, AB but spent his childhood in Beiseker, AB. He graduated from the SAIT as a Journeyman Red Seal Certificate electrician.
Besides his loving wife Robin, Darcy is survived by his three sons, Ryan (Angela Froess) of Vernon, BC, Jaime, and Alex Hagel of Calgary, AB. Darcy is also survived by his mom Theresa Hagel (nee Kiprick), two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Gaylene and Dean Kurta, and Jodie and Garry French, of Calgary, AB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Darcy was predeceased by dad Albert Hagel.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel Of The Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB), on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed here.
