Obituary of Carol Leslie

Carol Leslie, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at the age of 82 years.

Carol was an award-winning Avon representative for 49 years.  Her passions were family, pets and gardening.  Hosting annual Christmas gatherings were her favorite events. 

Carol is survived by her children, Brian Ayres (Linda), Norman Ayres (Sherry), Darlene Ayres, and Dianne Kearns (Jim); two sisters, Joyce Lewin and  Eleanor Pedersen (Ralph); nine grandchildren, Robin Duncalf (Lionel), Carrie Ayres, Stephanie Babuk (Greg), Stacey Ayres, Morgan Ayres, Joey Glavin, Lindsey Leicht, Tracy Wright, and Katie Leicht; five great-grandchildren, Ethan Duncalf, Avery Duncalf, Lucas Babuk, Ben Babuk, Jason Leicht; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Carol was predeceased by her husband Bill Leslie; her brother Howard Myson; and her parents, Lorna and Hugh Myson. 

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive NE, Calgary, AB) on Tuesday, September, 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.  Condolences, memories and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
