Obituary of Lorinda Vilardi (nee Caracciolo)

Lorinda “Melinda” Vilardi, beloved wife of Luigi Vilardi, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the age of 81 years.

Melinda Vilardi was born in Cavallerizzo, Cerzeto, Italy on November 15, 1939. She immigrated to Canada with her parents and her siblings in 1959. Melinda was hard working and had a passion for cooking. She was  a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend.

Melinda is survived by her daughter Elena Helen Vilardi. She was predeceased by her husband Luigi Vilardi and her son Joe Vilardi.

A Graveside Service will be held at Queens Park Cemetery (4th Street & 31st Ave N.W.) on Thursday, November 4th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Condolences, memories and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
