Obituary of Cathy Anne Young

Cathy passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with breast cancer on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 68 years old.

Cathy loved to sew and was a talented quilter. She sold many of her quilts and creations to local and international craft stores. Cathy enjoyed many rewarding trips to Las Vegas, loved the sunshine, was an avid traveler in her fifth wheel trailer, and knew where to find a bargain when shopping. 

Cathy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Kelly and Jenna; granddaughters, Madelyn and Wynnie; sister Gale Molle, brother-in-law Rod, her niece Kimberly (Matthew) Cormack, great-nephew baby Levi, and her beloved dog Maddie. Cathy was predeceased by her husband and soulmate, Myles Young in 2019. Cathy was also predeceased by her parents Ron and Anne Pertl.

A Private Family Service will be held.
