Obituary of Rita Tennina

Rita Tennina, beloved wife of the late Ralph Tennina, Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at the age of 94 years.

Rita and Ralph immigrated to Toronto in 1954, and relocated to Calgary in 1977. Rita was hard working and loved people, especially entertaining and cooking for others. Above all else, she lived for her family, who were the most important people in her life. She considered her children to be her greatest joy and Rita was very proud of her granddaughter Jennifer.

Rita is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Doreen and Tom DeFilippo; son and daughter-in-law Joe and Grace Tennina; granddaughter Jennifer Tennina, all of Calgary; and numerous nieces and nephews in Toronto.
