Marilyn McGillis, beloved wife of Vern Peterson; mother of Tasha and Dustin; sister of Merlin and Marlow; and grandmother to three handsome grandsons, Aadon, Nazerus and Zylin; goddaughter of Ray and Alvina; relative and friend to many.

She is reunited with her parents, Peter and Martha McGillis, who are dancing in the sky above and her sprit will always be with you and the memories of her will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive NE, Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Those attending will be asked to provide valid government identification (with name and date of birth) AND confirm one of the following: (A)Provincial vaccine record with QR code (paper or digital); OR (B)negative COVID test (within 72 hours); or (C)valid medical exemption (signed letter); OR (D)under 12 years of age.  Condolences, memories and photos can also be shared and viewed here.Family and friends who are unable to attend in person are invited to join Mrs McGillis’s service streamed live on the facebook page of Apoyakii Destiny Fox.
