Condolences
Our thoughts and prayers go our to your family with the passing of Norma at the wonderful age of 100 years. Norma and Cam were the perfect couple and we rejoice that the are together again, probably sharing laughter and of course a dance! I remember Cam saying we have a dance everyday in the kitchen! What a sweet picture that makes! She was loved by everyone for her sense of humor and kindness. Cherish all the happy times you shared.
With love and prayer,
Barry, Mary Thomson and family
To Karen, Donna Lynn and Kelvin, and to your extended family, Theresa and I want to send our deepest condolences in the passing of your Mom.
Norma was a wonderful aunt, and I was fortunate enough to visit with her (with my parents and Bob, and later with my own family) several time over the years. One of my favourite memories is when I stayed for a few days with Cameron, Norma, Karen, Donna and Kelvin in Lethbridge about 50 years ago (except for Karen and Donna Lynn gleefully taking me on way too many circus rides!). After that visit I had the opportunity to visit Cremona a few more times and always enjoyed my visits with Norma (and Cameron). I last saw her about 4 or 5 years ago in Cremona, when Theresa and I dropped in for a quick visit, and I'm so glad that I was able to see her. Although I hadn't seen her for many years, it was like no time had passed, she was the same vibrant, happy welcoming aunt that she was to me all of my life.
I know that she will be greatly missed by everyone, however I am happy to remember the vibrant loving person who had a long, happy life.

This montage of dance reminds me of Aunt Norma, my own grandmother, my mother, etc. Time goes by! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=47dtFZ8CFo8
My condolences to Aunt Norma's family including Karen, Donna, Kel and especially Angie. I have great childhood memories of both Aunt Norma and Uncle Cam. I can't smell sauerkraut without thinking of Aunt Norma in her summer kitchen. I will never forget Aunt Norma and Aunt Lila "heckling" me at Mom's celebration. What a great lady. Rest in peace.
I am very sad to hear about the passing of Great Aunt Norma. She was one of my favourites! I loved the Boxing Day parties and family reunions that she and Uncle Cam used to throw. “Feliz Navidad” played over and over again and I now live in Spain. I was also at Aunt Norma’s 95th birthday – the hat on her head. My best memory is her appreciating my card tricks as a kid and giving me a thick hard cover book of card tricks that they had, which she inscribed to the “majician” (yes – with a “j”). I still have that book with my few belongings back in Canada. I truly admired Aunt Norma for her art and eccentricity and progressive values. She was quite precious. Sending everyone in the immediate family lots of love and will be online from Barcelona later today.
