Condolences
Dearest Jim, Meghan, & Sean;
I do apologize for this being a month since you lost your WONDERFUL Wife/Mother. I was suppose to meet up with Jeanine & her family in Maui in 2020. Unfortunately, Covid hit & I had to isolate because my flight had had a COVID passenger. Being a flight attendant I didn't want to spread it, if I was carrying it-I "avoided all friends as of January 2020". As COVID consumed all our lives at the start of it- I neglected to contact Jeanine.....oh, how I wish I had. We could have at least ZOOMED to see each other during her hard time. I didn't even know she was ill.
As everyone has spoken.....Jeanine ALWAYS lit up every room she entered.....with her Beautiful, Gorgeous, never ending SMILE!
Her Laugh was unstoppable, you couldn't help but laugh along with her! She always made me happy, just seeing her in a room, even at a family funeral, she would somehow find a way to make us all laugh together. All the HEFFERNAN cousins will miss her GREATLY at any family get togethers.
With Sincere condolences, BLESSINGS.....
EVA (Heffernan) MILLS

JIm, Meghan and Sean,
We are so very sad to hear about Jeanine's passing and extend our deepest condolences to you.
I loved being around her at Meghan's soccer games and tournaments; her wit, humour and laugh made for great memories.

One of my favourite memories of Jeanine was at her house a few years ago for a Heffernan family gathering. I was chatting with a couple of the Heffernan cousins, and someone suggested that someday we should get together, just the cousins, to hang out, without the ‘grown ups’. Auntie Jeanine was nearby and overheard us, and she wasn’t having it. She responded “Hey, you can’t do that! You can’t get together without us!” in her joking-not-joking kinda way, and we all had a good laugh. She was a good negotiator though, and by the end it was decided that it could go forth as a “Cousins and Auntie Jeanine” get together. I’m sure all of the cousins would have been fine with this arrangement, she fit the 'cool aunt' bill perfectly and would have been the life of the party!
We will miss your humour, caring, and wonderful hospitality. Your home was our home, and you made those around you feel so loved. <3
Jim and Family;
Deepest condolences on the loss of Jeanine.

The Wednesday "Coffee Boy's" from the Printing Industry have lost a great friend in Jeanine.
While a few met daily, most of us met Wednesdays. Our group has been having coffee at Phil's for over 40 years and we have had many laughs with Jeanine. She could be quite a jokester, but she got back as good as she gave. We will miss that!
We have followed her life, with her husband, children and ever faithful dogs, including her BFF Cathy from Phil's on 11 Avenue.
We are sorry for the loss of our wonderful friend and know that everyone who knew Jeanine, will hold her in their hearts and speak of her in the best of times. We will miss her.
My deepest condolences to all of you. Jeanine was one of a kind! Although I didn't see her much over the years, I enjoyed popping into Phils once in a while and she never failed to make me laugh. I have many fond memories of camping, Bingo nights and spending a Christmas in Hawaii with her and her family. I am forever grateful for Jeanie helping me out when I had a friend going through breast cancer. I was at a loss and Jeanine took the time to talk to her which helped her through her difficult time. I am forever grateful to her and she will be missed.
Dear Jim, Meghan, Sean, Colleen, all the Heffernan & Moriarty Clan
Our deepest condolences on the loss of your beautiful Jeanine. Wife, Mom, Sister, Auntie, Friend. Although heartbroken we are blessed to have decades of family memories to give us solace and keep alive in our hearts Jeanines cheeky humor, fierce passion, and selflessness.
Queen Jeanine has the best spot sitting between Big Beach and The Cove watching over family and friends that come to play on her island. Unless of course she is at a private Garth Brooks concert.
Peace and strength to you, her large loving clan. You lost the most beautiful Centre Piece a family could ever have.
Jamie and Francy
Jim, Meghan, Sean and families,
We are so sad to hear of Jeannie's passing and our deepeest, heart felt condolences to all of you. We remember your wedding and the joy and happiness Jeannie spread to everyone who knew her. Even though years have passed since we saw you both last, we will always remember the times we spent together, Jeannie's guidance and will miss seeing Jeannie at Phil's restuarant with her great smile and joy. We hope to connect with you again, play guitar and reminisce about times gone by.

We are so sad to hear about Jeanine.
I met Jeanine when I was in Grade 8 and she was in Grade 9.
She was always so nice to me in Junior High. We met up again in High School and have stayed in touch ever since.
You could always count on her for an honest answer to any question and she had the best sense of humour. I will miss going for walks with her. We are so thankful we got to spend the day with her and Jim in Maui on her 60th birthday.
We are going to really miss her.
Our thoughts are with Jim Meghan Sean and all her family in this difficult time.

Jim, my deepest condolences to you and your family.Jeanine will be dearly missed. Your old friend, Mike Nasr and Kathryn Perkins
Jim, Meghan, and Sean - it was one of the greatest privileges of my life and career to have met you three and Jeanine. May your special memories of Jeanine bring some solace in this difficult time.
So shocked and saddened to hear of the loss of Jeanine. My mind has been flooded with so many memories and many fun times from high school and on. I remember when she bought her first car, the red nova, and how proud she was and she should have been proud as she was such a hard worker and so independent. She gave me many rides in that car-to/from school; pick ups after work, going out-any number of things, it was never too much trouble. If you were a friend of Jeanine's, you knew you were well looked after in so many ways. Our deepest condolences to Jim and family.

Jeanine was one of the best people I knew. She always made me laugh and had the great talent of making everyone feel special. Jeanine touched so many lives. I’m so glad I had the privilege of knowing her. All my best to all the family and to her Phil’s family.
We have spent time with Jeanine and family in Maui. Days on Big Beach, BBQ’s at Kam Sands and playing 31. The whole family was fun and Jeanine was often at the centre of it. The world has lost a good one and we were honoured to be amongst her Maui friends. We are sending strength and good wishes to the family. The Sampson’s
We used to spend a lot of time at Phil's through out high school and later on in life, but it was always time well spent just because of Jeanine. She will be greatly missed by all of her friends. Condolences to Jim and his family.
-Dennis Resendes and family.
Jeanine made every day better. Always up for fun and mischief. Yet, despite having her own bad days ALWAYS was concerned about her family and those lucky enough to be her friend. My kindred spirit and Maui Girl - I love you and miss you.
We are saddened to hear of Jeanine’s passing. One memory of her I have is after their wedding they went to the 7-11 for a Slurpee. She always had a smile and brought joy to everyone she met. Our sincere condolences to all her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. ❤️

OMG so sad to hear this news. I remember being in the St Greg’s Glee Cub with Jeanine and us singing horribly but with big smiles on our faces and giving it all our effort in the South Centre Mall. Later when I was a young cook at Phil’s, Jeanine came through the back door with her friend Melanie to be hired as a bus girl wearing black pants, a white top and sporting a bright proud smile. Those early days at Phil’s with Jeanine were simply awesome and the great times with our friends remain amongst my fondest memories. Later in life it was a special day when my family would drop into Phil’s for a visit with Jeanine and the gang. You will be missed my old friend. My sincere condolences to Jim and his family for their loss. Jeanine was and will remain a very special person.
She was an amazing woman and coworker. She always had something to say or comment on. Working with Janine was a blessing. My wife Carol also worked with her for a short time. We have a lot of fun memories of her. She had an amazing smile.. She will be unbelievable missed by all. My heart goes out to all. ❤❤❤❤
Dear Jim, Meghan and Sean, we are so sorry to learn of Jeanine’s passing. I first met Jeanine when I started working at Phil’s at 15 years old. She was the first “cool” grown up I’d ever met. She was always full of advise, fun and lots of laughter. We are sending love and prayers to all of you in these hard days. Lesley and Dan DiMarzo and Family.
