Obituary of Ralph Harold Dahl

Ralph Dahl, beloved husband of Donna Dahl (1947-2021), of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at the age of 76 years.

Ralph was born in Consort, AB, on January 17, 1945. He spent many of his younger years in the towns of Court and Major, Saskatchewan, as well as Red Deer, Alberta. Eventually, in about 1968, he made his way to Calgary, which he then called home until 2021.

Ralph was a quiet and likeable fellow, who worked hard throughout his life. Upon retirement, he found much joy gardening, fixing things around his home and spending time with his wife and friends.

Ralph was predeceased by his wife, Donna, and parents Harold and Frances. He is survived by his son Randy (Ilana) and two grandchildren, Mathias and Mikel. Ralph is also survived by his two brothers Duane (Beryl) and Ray (Delores), and two sisters Darlene and Linda (Tom).

Memorial Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB) on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 2:00 PM. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Those attending will be asked to provide valid government identification (with name and date of birth) AND confirm one of the following: (A)Provincial vaccine record with QR code (paper or digital); OR (B)negative COVID test (within 72 hours); or (C)valid medical exemption (signed letter); OR (D)under 12 years of age.
