Obituary of Beulah Mae Carter

Beulah Carter, of Calgary, AB, passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 86 years.

Beulah was born in Didsbury, AB on July 14, 1935, to parents Charles and Lola Klinck. She moved to Calgary, AB in 1953 and graduated from Didsbury High School, then attended Mount Royal College.  She became a joint owner of Airways Rent a Car.  Beulah married Richard Barratt (Barry) McSorley in 1955.  She volunteered at the Rockyview Hospital for over twenty years. 

Beulah accomplished much through her life and was particularly proud of her children. She enjoyed playing tennis, golf and bridge. She will be most remembered for her sweet charm and her smile. 

Beulah is survived by her son James McSorley (Claire), daughter Lorna McSorley, and grandchildren Taylor McSorley and Brittany Nickerson, all of Calgary, AB.

Beulah was predeceased by her spouse Richard Barratt (Barry) McSorley, parents, Lola and Charles Earl Klinck; brothers, Delbert and George Klinck; and sister Evelyn Adams. 

A Private Family Service will be held at a later date. 

The family would like to thank the Auburn Heights Retirement residence for the love and care given to Beulah.
