Obituary of Irene Isabel Joan Lecky

The family of Irene Lecky is saddened to announce her sudden but peaceful passing Christmas morning.

Irene was born in London England, and immigrated to Canada with her first husband, George Olsen, in 1952.  Irene was proud to become a Canadian citizen and spent many happy years living in Calgary with her family. She was predeceased by her husband George in 1969, and her second husband Holland Lecky in 2005.

Irene is survived by her sister and brother, children, and grandchildren. She will be remembered fondly and greatly missed.

An open house memorial celebration of Irene's life will be held on Saturday, June 11th between 1:30PM and 4:00PM at All Saints Lutheran Church located at 380 Midpark Blvd SE, Calgary. Please join us in sharing tea and memories.
