Obituary of Amanda Coate

Amanda Coate of Calgary, AB, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021, at the age of 36 years.

Amanda was born in Saskatoon, SK on November 21, 1985. She moved to Calgary, AB when she was three years old. Amanda loved singing and acting, she also enjoyed poetry. At junior high, she won silver for wrestling at the Junior Olympics.  

Amanda is survived by her daughter Emily and son Keirin. She is also survived by her parents and brother Keith; her grandparents, Ron and Judy Coate; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother Darin; grandparents, Keith, and Lorraine Hitchcock; great-grandparents, Robert and Gloria Marshall, Warren and Leta Hitchcock and Ralph and Mary Buyer.
