Condolences
My deepest condolences go out to the family, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances of Mrs. Maguire on her sudden passing. May this time of sorrow comfort you throughout the stages of bereavement.
Hello all who knew and loved Beryl, I just wanted to add that as her Hairstylist for the last few years; I too enjoyed all the loving qualities of Beryl. And she will be sorely missed. The love for her goes farther and wider than you could imagine. She must have touched someone's heart everywhere she went. I always enjoyed our long talks. And how she shared with me openly, and we often shared a giggle. She was always so loving and caring. I'm so sorry for your loss as a family. I know she was so happy to be in Calgary and share your lives.
Our heartfelt condolences in Beryl's passing. Beryl was full of life. Although we hadn't seen Beryl for a number of years, she was a staple of my childhood and a dear friend of my family's. Beryl always took care of you, made you feel special, and listened. Her and my Mom came and stayed with us in Lethhbridge a number of years go for the world curling. I remember her smoking cigars with my Dad on the back deck...and the afgan she made us for our wedding is still at the foot of our bed. I loved her jokes and frankness. Rest in peace Beryl. Laura, Tim and families – Beryl was a good friend and will be so missed. She loved you all so much and loved to share the highs and lows of the kids sports she attended. Her commitment to moving to Calgary on her own to be with all of you demonstrated what a strong person she was and how much you meant to her. I sit here and wonder who will help me dissect the upcoming curling games, who will sit on the deck this summer to enjoy the sunshine and the ‘occasional’ drink, and who will tell me my physiotherapy is falling behind and I should be working harder? She has introduced us to so many new ideas and given us so many things to ponder. We know her passing will have a large impact on your lives but we hope your memories will continue to help you move forward – Neil and Joyce
My sincerest condolences to Laura, Tim, Beryl's sisters and their families on the loss of your loved one. May many happy memories hold her dear in your hearts.
Since Beryl moved to Sanderson Ridge she developed many friendships and I am enriched to be one of them.
I shared a hotel room with her on our bus trip to Waterton Lake and have shared many special times with her. I will miss her kind actions toward me.
Rest in peace good friend.

Our thoughts are with Tim and Laura and families. Your mum was a great lady, working behind the scene to better her community. She did not like to be the centre of attention. She will be missed by many

On behalf of the Warren's (long ago neighbours at Green Street in Flin Flon) I want to express our sincere condolences to Beryl's immediate family and to her surviving sisters and their families.
I've known Beryl and the "3 Berry girls" since the early 1950s, when I often baby-sat the girls and their Siamese cats. As across- the-street neighbours of Harvey and Gertie Berry, my family and I frequently visited and observed their girls growing up through high school.
Clearly Beryl "lived life on her terms" and was strongly community-oriented. A real credit to her family and community.
Rest in peace, Beryl. You were taken from us far too early – know that we all miss you!
Wayne Warren, Winnipeg.
Sincere condolences to her family. Thankful for the warm memories of our ladies lunches and billiard games played and so much laughter. Beryl you will be missed terribly! Heaven is richer.

Beryl had a passion for living and a zest for life. She was always positive and had a compassionate interest in everyone she connected with. Her many friends will miss her dearly. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family during this very sad time. Like a bird singing in the rain, let grateful memories survive in times of sorrow.
Beryl was a beautiful person. I feel very blessed to have known her. I knew her from playing pickleball at the Cedarbrae Community Centre awhile back. She was always fun to play with - very pleasant and great sense of humor. I was so sorry to hear of her passing. I wish to extend my deepest condolences to the family. If there is a heaven (and I believe there is), Beryl is definitely there. I will miss her.
I was shocked and saddened to hear about your moms passing Laura and Tim. She was like a big cousin to me. Always so full of knowledge. I remember going to the house near Elgin school for tea with my mom and of course many visits on the farm . I always admired her and looked forward to visiting at many Maguire gatherings . She was an amazing woman and although I am glad she is at peace, she will be missed . My condolences
To Tim and Laura and your families. I am so very sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. I played fastball with her back in the Elgin days and in later years, would run into her and your Aunt Noreen as we all traveled to watch various curling events! I always enjoyed meeting with her and catching up on things! I am thinking of you all.

Beryl worked in the position of Physiotherapist at the Killarney, MB Tri Lake Health Centre. I was very fortunate to be her patient and cannot say enough about her expertise in treating my conditions. Several years later, I met her at CancerCare HSC Winnipeg when she was working as a volunteer and we arranged to meet for coffee. We had a lovely visit and of course, much discussion on so many different topics. Her interests were many and varied and we were never at a loss for words!
Please accept my sincere condolences as you mourn her loss. She will be greatly missed.
We are very saddened to hear of Beryl's passing, she was a good friend and neighbour for many years. Our condolences.

Dear Family of Beryl,
I deepest condolences on the transitioning of your precious Mother. I was blessed to know Beryl through RDLUC. She always carried a smile and was the hands and feet of Jesus in her service. Beryl always served Joyfully. Two, of her many God given gifts were a great listener and gardener. She volunteered to do gardening at Lloyd Park which was an outreach program developed by the RDLUC Men's group .She also helped many fellow congregants who resided at Sanderson Ridge with the technology so they could partake in on line zoom sessions and services
The rainbow said, "Come, I've been waiting, the colors are all for you Beryl!". When the moon heard this, it shouted, Prepare! A life well lived is approaching!" The stars polished their shine until the illumination penetrated the system. Beryl's soul saw and knew it was going Home. Home to the Light. Home to the silent and brilliant mystery, The Source.
Rest in Peace my friend until we meet again.
May you rest your heartache in the compassionate arms of God each day and find comfort from this Enduring Love.

Very sad to learn of Beryl's passing, especially after surgery that was hoped to give her many more years of better health. I knew Beryl from our Calgary Newcomers Group (CNC). She was a lovely, friendly woman; always ready with a smile and to engage with anyone at a CNC event. You will be missed by many, Beryl. My deepest Condolences to her loved ones.

So sorry to hear of Beryls passing. As a member of CNC she was much loved. I always enjoyed her company on a walk and found her calm nature and brilliant smile most welcoming. I’m sure she’ll be busy hiking, walking and playing golf up in heaven.

Andy and I, as congregants of Red Deer Lake United Church, are so sad to hear of Beryl's passing. She was an active lady with such a sweet smile and a real zest for life. Sometimes we would meet her while walking our dog, and she sure knew how to stride it out! A mutual friend who played golf with her described her as a 'real doer and a go-getter'. She will be greatly missed! Our sincere condolences to the family, whose sense of loss we share. Fran & Andy Porter.
Thank you so much, Laura and Tim, for sharing your Mom with those of us who lived, played and worked with Beryl at Sanderson Ridge Condos. Beryl was a passionate "do it" person and inspired all of us to follow suit. We will always look at 'her garden' in
remembrance. Much faith & peace, Katie Mutlow
I will miss Beryl’s witticism while playing pool and cards and I will greatly miss her smile as I pass her flower bed every summer morning, but it will always be known as Beryl’s Garden to all of us at Sanderson Ridge. My condolences to you Laura, Tim and families. Dar
Thinking of you all at this difficult time. I have fond memories of visiting you all at the farm and not understanding why Beryl wasn’t my “Auntie Beryl”, eating pickled beets from her garden and her cleaning up my knee when I fell off a bike. I remember her being a warm, friendly and feisty person. I hope you find comfort in your memories of her. -Heather Hossie
