Such sadness, so many years of memories. Adam and Shirley lived down the street on Maybank. Shirley and I drank countless cups of tea until Adam would come to the kitchen door and say, "Shirl, let's go to sleep. Joanne wants to go home." I always looked forward to their coming home from Port Hardy and to hearing about their trip. And to this day I treasure the time spent with, and later the letter from, Debby, Melanie and Danielle, with an added "picture" from Dustin. Lunch in Calgary with Shirley was a must each time I travelled West, and every visit was a trip down memory lane. For many years we chatted on the phone. #44 is still Nazarko's house, and probably always will be. To all the family, I send my heartfelt condolences.
