Condolences
My heart is completely broken when I found your obituary as I have been trying to reach you but you never responded to my calls or text messages. I had this awful feeling and then I found your obituary online that you had passed. I'm so sorry that I wasn't able to say good bye and tell you how much I loved your friendship . I met Bre in grade 8 and immediately we connected and became best friends. She was one of the most beautiful women I ever knew, she was kind and had a huge heart. I will always remember all the good times we had . Bre was loved by all as she was truly a genuine person. We lost touch years after high school as we both haddifferent lives ,I was married with 2 babies and Bre was living her best life but we reconnected after her Husband passed and we caught up as if we never were apart. We kept in touch over the years and shared so much memories together as well as expressing how much we loved our friendship and how much we had in common and we always ended our conversations with " I love you" Bre shared so much with me and I will keep everything she shared with me close to my heart today and forever. I praise Bre for being one of the strongest women I have ever met as she went through so much and she kept going and going she never once gave up. There were days that she told me she couldn't do it any more but I kept telling her she could and she would always say it was so hard as she was so weak. She may of been weak physically but she had a very strong mind and heart. Bre I will miss all of our conversations and you will always have a special place in my ❤️ heart. I will never ever forget how special you were to me. I know God will take care of you and you will be free of all your pain and that everyone in Heaven will love you just as everyone loved you on Earth. You were my 1st best friend and I Thank you for all your love and kindness you made my world better because you were in it. Till we meet again my bestfriend I will keep you in my heart forever. Ciao my Bella♥️

I met Bre as a contractor, many years back, working outside and inside her home. We quickly became good friends, and I had her MC my Christmas party once, where she led us all in the singing ( and Movie) of You're a mean one Mr. Grinch! She loved that story. She also called out ticket numbers where not a few, but everyone in attendance got a gift! ( 50+). I would check in on her weekly, take bottles back, and other times take her shopping for groceries. Often she was in the hospital, and I would check in on Damien, her beloved cat!
Bre was always happy, and full of humour, no matter what hardship she was experiencing ( even when her car was stolen from the hospital!)
Bre, you will be missed greatly. We all loved you.
Bre,
If memory serves me, we met 36 years ago. You were one of the most amazingly beautiful and fun people that I'd ever met. A huge heart and a beautiful soul. You also had a wonderful laugh.
Stamps landing, Joe Fortes, Stanley Park, False Creek, Sun tanning in the snow banks on Cypress in the spring, Laughter and Molson Canadian. Those were the days.
We did have some great times together, in the mid to late 80's. We lost touch for a number of years and you tracked me down around the time that Ron passed away. Even though we had a mountain range between us we were able to keep in touch over the past few years.
I did my best to help cheer you up in those difficult final years. Based on what you went through, I don't think most would have survived as long as you did. You are at peace now and no more pain and suffering.
My sincere condolences to your family and friends. You will be missed and I will remember you forever. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
BTW, I believe today is your Birthday.
Happy Birthday to You!
Happy Birthday to You!

I'm so very glad that we connected, Mat. Thank you for talking with me about Bre and your life with her. I wish you much comfort in your memories and love for her. Marlene
Words can not express how heart broken and shocked I am to have heard this news. I LOVE AND MISS YOU TONS!!! I hold onto sooooo many good memories with you, from family gatherings, you babysitting us and me shaking your beer every time (lol), my hockey games, Canucks games, Grizzlies games and lots of Molson Indy events. If anyone who was in contact with my Aunt in her final days could reach out to me, it would be greatly appreciated. I can be found on facebook or can be reached by phone. I will not post my number until someone responds and asks for it. My world is shattered by this news and I need some closure... I can atleast say that she is no longer in pain or suffering and I can take some comfort in that. May you rest in peace XOXOX
Love always and forever,
Mat Corns (Bre's Nephew)
