Condolences
I met Doug in 1974, at North American Van Lines. I was a new mover and he was the Salesman,
he took me on my first office move, a stair carry! Going forward he taught me everything I know about office moves,
I then spent the next 30 years selling/managing commercial moves .My fun time with Doug, was when we both bid the Chevron
move in the early 1980's, I was walking in to drop of my bid, and Doug was walking out after dropping his, he had a file in his hand "He said don't bother dropping off your bid, I have the PO in the file" He scared the hell out of me, but lol, I did get the move .He was not pleased with the kid he taught, but showed me respect. Over the years we bid against each other, time and time again and we each won and lost.
His sense of humor and eye look was remarkable .I was with Doug the night, he took his last drink,
he moved forward and beat it. Doug ,thank you for being my mentor and friend,
Love to you and your family,
Paul & Debra Prud Homme
