It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of a daughter, mother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, and cousin, Georgina (Weya) Aldina Priscilla TwoYoungMen on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the age of 41 years.

Weya received her education at Morley Community School, Cochrane,  and Black Diamond, and she worked at various jobs in Mini Thni as a counseling facilitator, dispatch at Nakoda Buslines, school bus driver, and lastly she worked at the Wesley Gas Plus. Weya’s favourite sports were rodeo, golf, and cultural events. Mostly her favourite sport was rodeo, particularly barrel racing. She was the first Stoney cowgirl to qualify in the junior barrel racing event at the INFR sanctioned junior event in Albuquerque in 1992. Weya also valued her horsemanship.

Weya loved spending time with her boys and went beyond to do anything for them: they were her heart of gold. Weya was a humble friendly person that was willing to take off her jacket and put it on to another who was in need, and she was there to give what she could to provide support to her family and her cousins in times of need, love and support.

She cherished her boys, Garren, Jiles and Isaiah (Isaiah whom she raised as her own); mother Melanie, sister Melody (Frances); brothers, Kirk (Jessie), Bradley;special nephew Tase; father of her boys Leroy; aunties Trilena, Ardith, Madeline, Myra, Muriel, Laura (Louie), Germaine, Pam (Keon), Jolene (Hank), Bernadine (Lyndon); uncles, Murphy Powderface, Ernest (Belva), Rudy (Myrna), Garnet (Miranda); maternal nieces, nephews, aunt and uncle, Qwen (Nicole), Tace, Chance Labelle, Xander, Athena, Megan, Eivan, Waniyedu-woyan, Karl, Ava, and Luggs; and cousins, Trylen (Margaret), Tim, and Jay (Jovanna), Delora (Jordon) Carlene Dwayne, Olivia, Indura, Amber, Milo, Lavoy, Mackenzie.
