Condolences
I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Keith's family and friends. I enjoyed every minute of being in Keith's outdoor education classes at Concordia in the 80's, from winter camping to windsurfing. I was thinking of him quite a bit over the last 3 weeks preparing for my second winter camping trip in Northern Ontario. He my first, best and most memorable mentor/embassador to the great outdoors and all its activities. His humour, passion, intensity, love and authenticity will be remembered with the greatest joy and gratitude.
I first met Keith during my time playing for McGill University, The Montreal Irish and Quebec in the early eighties. I later returned to Canada and toured with Keith to the Hong Kong Sevens on two occasions. His patience with the players always amazed me, especially with Steve Gray and me. He was always so encouraging, and he always had a smile on his face. The rugby community will always remember his commitment to the game, and he will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. RIP Keith.

Such a sad loss to us all. Keith helped me emensely during our significant times together with the Canadian Rugby team. He was efficient thoughtful and understanding as an administrator, and an exemplary player. A person with strong ethics and moral fortitude. He contributed to the successes of Canadian Rugby while he could do so. I will miss my friend and my condolences to the family. He was such a fine human being.
Played with and against you, old friend, and have always respected your great quality as a player and a person: strong, purposeful, hard-working and conscientious as a player and as an educator, and a good person to be with. I shall miss your presence in our rugby community and send my most sincere condolences to Jill and your family.

I was sorry to see of Keith's passing when perusing the Globe and Mail this morning. I knew Keith briefly when I played rugby for Ste Anne de Bellevue in mid 1980's. In those two years I was impressed ( in reflection) with his generosity of spirit and his ability to engage everyone to get the best from them. I was not a great player yet he pushed me and taught me with the same passion and ability as he did with the best players in the club. I improved and went on to play and enjoy many years of playing. Thank you Keith!
Keith was a great contributor and inspiration to the Canadian Rugby community. It was a privilege to have to have been associated with him through Rugby both in Ontario and Quebec over the years. My condolences to his family. He will be sorely missed. Trevor Jones
My condolences to Keith's family and friends. As part of the 1980"s and 90's rugby community in Montreal I am one of many who were positively influenced by Keith. He was a builder, mentor and a friend to so many. Very sad loss.

To all the Wilkinson family and Keith’s many friends and colleagues, my sincere condolences. I had the pleasure of working with Keith at John Abbott College , in the Inuit Adaptation program, an innovative program for students studying away from their northern homeland. The Wilkinson family were also neighbours and friends , our kids enjoying many hours at the Baie D’Urfe pool. I remember his great sense of humour and dedication to all his endeavours. He will be missed.
