Obituary of Ma. Arileo Agor dela Cruz

February 3, 2022 – Calgary, Alberta

Ma. Arileo dela Cruz joined our Creator at the age of 50 on February 3, 2022, while in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Aris was born on October 6,1971 in Makati City, Philippines. He was a kind, generous, loving, unassuming and selfless son, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend. He possessed quiet strength and a warm, gentle, and easy-going demeanor. He led a simple and quiet life in the service of others. 

He leaves behind his mother, Dolores Dela Cruz, sister Anna Dela Cruz Rey, brother-in-law Marlon Rey, and nephew Gabriel Rey. He was predeceased by his father Armando Dela Cruz. 

Aris' quiet but strong presence will be missed by everyone he has left behind. 

Fly high, Aris! You have earned your angel wings!

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McInnis & Holloway (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street SE, Calgary, AB) on Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street SE, Calgary, AB) on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.  Reception to follow in the hospitality centre at the funeral home. Family and friends who are unable to attend in person are invited to join Mr. dela Cruz’s service streamed live (see below) on the day of the service. For those who are unable to view live, a recording of the service will be posted. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed here.
