Obituary of Marlene Lenore Rinehart

It is with sad hearts that the family of Marlene Rinehart announce her passing on Friday, February 4, 2022 at the age of 84 years.

Marlene was predeceased by the love of her life, Jack Rinehart (2010), whom she married on April 5, 1956 in Big Valley, AB.  She was also predeceased by her loving son Bill Rinehart in 2020. Marlene is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by her son, John (Marion), daughter-in-law, Jan Rinehart, and family, daughter Brenda Boyd (Mike), treasured grandchildren; Christopher Boyd (Jill), Nicholas Boyd (Lauren), Jenesse Boyd (Dave), and Branden Boyd; great granddaughters, Adalyn Boyd, Natalie Boyd, and Alanna Boyd. Marlene is also survived by her brothers, David Swick (Sara), Terry Swick (Yvonne), Jerry Swick (Lorna); sister’s-in-law, Donna Rinehart, Cathy Walton (Phil); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

They will always remember being welcomed to Mom & Dad's home in the community of Acadia since 1962 with fresh baked cinnamon buns for everyone.

Marlene will be laid to rest in Big Valley, AB alongside her loving husband Jack at a later date. Thank you to all friends & family for the love & support you have provided to Marlene over the years. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed here.
