Obituary of Terry Hendrigan

March 27, 1967 – Edmonton, Alberta

February 12, 2022 – Cochrane, Alberta

Terrance (Terry) Patrick Hendrigan, beloved husband of Lisa Gibbs-Hendrigan of Cochrane, AB, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the age of 54 years.

Terry was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on March 27,1967. He moved to Ontario for fourteen years and then recently to Cochrane, Alberta.

Terry met Lisa in 1989 and they married in 2000. He was a volunteer for various organizations. Terry accomplished much through his life and was particularly proud of graduating from N.A.I.T. with a diploma in Finance and especially being a husband and a father. Terry loved music, reading, history and enjoyed movies and collecting coins and artwork. Terry’s most memorable vacation was when he went to Disney and RVing in northern Ontario. Terry’s favourite saying was “Freedom 55”. He will be most remembered for being a loving and great husband, dad and friend.

Besides his loving wife, Terry is also survived by  his two daughters’ Halle Hendrigan and Hania Hendrigan both from Forest, Ontario, his father-in-law, Charles Gibbs  and mother-in-law Jeanne Gibbs both from Grand Bend, Ontario.  He is also survived by his sister Carolyn Frose and brother-in-law Ken Frose of Drayton Valley, sister Patricia and brother-in-law Jim Ginther of  Edmonton and brother Alan Smith;his  sister-in-law, Lana Gibbs of London, Ontario and brother-in-law of Chuck Gibbs from Grand Bend Ontario; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Terry was predeceased by parents, Ruth Hendrigan and Robert Hendrigan.
