Obituary of Giovanni DiMarzo

Giovanni Di Marzo of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the age of 88 years.

Giovanni was an avid gardener, he loved singing and dancing, and playing cards. He was a jack of all trades and worked in several different countries. He loved and dedicated his life to his family, especially his two daughters.

Besides his loving wife Elisa, Giovanni is survived by his two loving, devoted daughters that supported him throughout his illness and were his primary caregivers, Antonietta (Terry), and Gigliola. Giovanni was predeceased by his parents, and his sister.

Giovanni was loved and respected by many friends and community members.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Community 800 85 Street SW on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queens Park Cemetery. Condolences, memories, and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
