Condolences
Dear Nancy and family
I am so sorry to hear of Brian’s passing. He had a big heart and a great sense of humour. I remember fondly our trip to Mexico together and all the coronas and laughs we shared poolside. You are in my thoughts and prayers

Dear Millie,
What a loss to Brian's family, friends and Our Spruce Meadows gang.
Brian was an exceptional person who helped at everything we asked him to do, and was a soothing, patient person when there was nothing to do.
I will miss him very much along with the rest of the Transportation Group.
Millie I hope all your wonderful memories comfort you

Hi Millie. Vivian and I are so saddened to hear of Brian's passing.
Although we didn't hike and walk with him very often, we will surely
miss his humour, boistrous laugh, big smile and calm presence.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Do take care.

We enjoyed getting to know Brian and Millie when they joined Red Deer Lake United Church a few years ago. We developed a real appreciation for Brian’s positive attitude, and his focus on living life to the fullest and serving others. Our thoughts and prayers are with Millie and family at this time of great loss.Garry and Doreen McKinnon

Dear Millie, my heart breaks for you. I have such wonderful memories of sharing the trails with Brian and you. Brian with his crooked hat and crooked walking stick, always gentle and smiling, out striding all of us with his long legs. Be strong!
Millie, Graham, Nancy and all the rest of the family… I am so very sad to hear about Brian/your Dad. Brian was a very special man. He was positive and gentle and genuinely interested in the lives, thoughts and experiences of others. He always made me feel important and I genuinely enjoyed all my time spent with him. I admired his adventurous spirit and hope that I can live my life as fully. I am sorry that he suffered and I’m glad that he isn’t anymore but… the world is not as lovely a place as it was when he was still in it. I will miss knowing that he is here and I feel lucky to have known him. I’m so very sorry… xo
All my love…
Millie, Graham, Bruce and Barbara (and all your families) we hope that you find peace and comfort in your time of grief. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Grant Veale (and my mom Doreen Veale) in Kamloops, BC.
Our heart felt condolences go out to the entire Veale family.
Brian had a gentle way of making everyone he met feel special. He was always so interested in everyone and everything he came in contact with. He will be greatly missed.
May the support of family, friends and the memories you share help you through this time of loss.
With Our love,
Beth, Paul and Emma
