Condolences
Norm was the skilled workman and Tool Man, and Carol was behind the scenes supporting him all the way........and together they were RightWay and a big part of my life over a decade or more. Keeping my investment properties up to par and preventing me from becoming a slum landlord!! I loved that guy! Though truth be told, he could be a bit crusty which was all part of his charm. Thoughts of Norm bring a smile to my face. He was a really good man.
May he rest in peace.
Carol, Leanne, Tammy, Dean and families. We are so sorry to hear of Norm's passing. It has been a long time since we have seen or had any contact with you but we fondly remember our time in Canyon Meadows and our good neighbours. Sending hugs, prayers, and our most sincere condolences!

I had the privilege of growing up a few doors down from Mr. Morrison and the family and became life long friends with Dean. I spent many a day and night at the Morrison house and several weekends on various soccer road trips over the years. I also had Norm and Carol design and finish my basement. Have never known nicer people. Norm's ability to build and fix just about anything always amazed me, his attention to detail was second to none and he had an endless amount of tools for any job you could think of. He will be missed but has left a legacy that will live on.
Norm was my first senior man when I joined the CFD. Always willing to teach and help, setting the ground work for my career.
I owe Norm a lot. My deepest sympathies to all of Norm’s family.

Carol and family our sincere condolences on the loss of "Brother" Norm. He was another one of the good guys and long
time supporter of the Calgary Fire Dept. Pensioners Association.
