Ted was a very well respected person in the groundwater and pump business and will be dearly missed. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him for so many years.
You all are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
May the memories you have, bring you comfort.

To Tom & Jonquil: I’m so sorry you lost your father & father-in-law so young. What a lovely gesture, to plant a tree in the beautiful Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area. My sympathy to all your family - I’ll be thinking of you on Thursday as you celebrate Ted’s life. Sue Cane
Ann, Tom, Jason, Brian and families. So sorry to hear of Ted's death. Please know that all of you are in our thoughts during this sad time. We remember Ann and Ted, as great neighbors in Parkland; particularly Brian and our Mark were good buddies growing up. Ted always seemed patient, cheerful, busy through the years of the boys growing up. May his memory be a comfort to you all in the times ahead.
Sincerely, Peggy and Brian Schellenberg

To my dear sister and her family, We loved Ted like a brother. We had so many good times with Ted and Ann in Arizona. It was lots of fun playing golf with him. We had a lot of laughs competing on their back yard golf area. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He took us numerous times to Quartzite to visit Uncle Ted and Aunt June, and to see lots of Arizona tourist attractions. Ted made wonderful breakfasts and his barbequed steaks and shrimp were cooked to perfection. He was a great help to our son, Darren, figuring out problems he had with water. I don't think I ever saw him upset in the many weeks we spent with them. We love you all and are so sorry for your loss, as well as ours.
The first time I met Ted was at his father-in-law's place when Russ was having well problems. Russ introduced me to his "son-in-law who has a business selling pumps." From that time forward I dealt happily with Ted's business. I would phone him up and state my situation, and he would recommend solutions. Now, my two sons who are also plumbers use 'Ability Pumps.!'
My memories of Ted are of a man who would help solve my problems any time I would call for help, with patience, kindness and knowledge. I will miss his guidance and friendship. My condolences to his family and his dear wife, Ann.
We would so like to have been able to attend the memorial this Thursday, but we will be out of the country.
