Obituary of Dudley Stafford Aarons

Dudley Aarons, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and faithful servant of the Lord. 

Dudley Stafford Aarons, beloved husband of Janet, passed away at Calgary, AB on April 15, 2022 at the age of 92 years. He was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica on September 14, 1929 and raised in the town of New Market, Jamaica. After college, he embarked on a lifelong career as a sales professional. Dudley met Janet at a Youth For Christ convention and they were married six months later, a union of love that endured for 62+ years. Dudley enjoyed time with his family, playing board games, camping, and his crossword puzzles. He also loved to sing, especially gospel songs and was passionate about sharing the Gospel of Christ with anyone he met. 

Dudley was predeceased by his eldest brother, Leslie; only sister, Carmen; and survived by his brothers, Robert (Lillia) and Winston (Aline). Besides his adoring wife Janet, Dudley is also survived by his children, Andrew, Daryl (Gwen), Grace (Greg) and Rut (Alain); grandchildren, Aaron, Matthew (Stephanie), Chelsea (Tom), Adam (Candace), Bethany (Jay), Jason, David, Hannah, Chase, and Tyler; and great-grandchildren Lillie, Eric, Dean and Kaiden. 

There will be a private Celebration of Life service on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Condolences, memories, and photos can also be shared and viewed here.
