Obituary of Susan Evelyn Foster

Mrs. Susan Foster, daughter of the late Guy and Dorothy Levesque, was born June 29, 1955, in Calgary, AB, passed on April 24, 2022 at the age of 66 years. 

Susan is survived by her husband, Michael Foster; three children, Ryan Foster, Sharleen Foster, and Amber Foster; her six grandchildren, Dayton, Misha, Zofia, Zelda, Evan and one on the way; brother, Dave Levesque; and her sister, Carole Levesque. Susan was predeceased by her brother, Steve Levesque.

Susan worked over 40 years for Holy Cross Hospital and Rockyview Hospital, she made many close friends and colleagues along the way. She was always smiling and willing to lend an ear for anyone who needed. Susan spent many years volunteering alongside her husband with scouting, she had many fond memories traveling internationally with the Dover 149 scouts and ventures. As well Susan devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to her late parents. Her charm and smile could enlighten any given moment. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and her friends. 

A Celebration of Life Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive NE, Calgary, AB) on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared with Susan’s family here.
