Obituary of Jackie Mostert

June 16, 1945 – Sudbury, Ontario

May 14, 2022 – Calgary, Alberta

Jackie Mostert, beloved wife of Jack Mostert, of Calgary, AB passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the age of 76 years.

Jackie and Jack left Sarnia in 1967 to start a new life together in Calgary. She found employment with Atco as a keypuncher.  She and Jack enjoyed bowling, cruises, and socializing with friends. Jackie loved to eat. Her passion was dining out, whether just her and Jack or a large family gathering.  She loved cats and was truly a crazy cat lady! She also loved playing cards with her sisters, bingo, and the casinos. The casinos were rated on the quality of the food available!

Jackie is survived by her daughter Lee Ann (Jeff); grandchildren, Grant, Nicole and Jackson; her son Mario; brother Leonard; and sisters, Madeleine, Cecile, and Denyse.

Besides her loving husband Jack, Jackie was predeceased by her beloved sister Nicole; brothers, Guy and Yvan; and her parents, Albani and Laurence.
