Obituary of Gary Ross Bowering

1952 - 2022 

Gary Bowering of Calgary, AB, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 at the age of 69 years.

On Monday, June 6, 2022 we lost our wonderful father, brother and friend, Gary Bowering. He was a man who could always make us smile, who loved to tell a joke and above all enjoyed spending endless amounts of time with his family. 

He passed away peacefully with his two children, Gary and Brittni, by his side. 

Gary was a bright, vibrant character that was always fun to have around. He loved learning about astronomy, getting into political debates and gazing at the stars. 

Gary was born in Regina, SK on June 18, 1952 and grew up there, spending a lot of time at Regina beach with his three siblings, Rose, Linda and George. He moved to Calgary, AB in the early nineties where he was a successful real estate agent for over 30 years.  

We were so lucky to have shared so many memories, laughs and bottles of (unfortunately, sometimes his homemade) wine. Gary will be deeply missed by so many of us.
