Condolences
My condolences to Patty and Peter. Cole and I were pretty close and kept in touch. He will have a special place in my heart. RIP Cole xox
To the Skelhorn family,
I am so so sorry for your loss of Cole.
As you all know he was a very big part of my life and there will forever be a special place in my heart held for him. I had a deep love for Cole and he will always be remembered with the higheat regard.
I’m sure he told you about the Mariah Carey song ‘buttery’ that was “our song” that we danced to together at our grade 9 grade. There is a verse in that song that truly stands out right now: “Spread your wings and prepare to fly, for you have become a butterfly. Fly abandonedly into the sun”.
As my sister mentioned, Cole was my first kiss and was from then on was very lovingly referred to as “Colekiss” in our family.
My parents were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Colekiss and send their love as well.
I am so sad I wasn’t well enough to attend his service. Never did I think I would miss something like that :(
I hope you all know how badly I wanted to be there and was thinking of you that whole day.
I hope you see this message and I hope I get to see you again one day.
You will be forever missed Colekiss and I can’t believe this is goobye :(
All of my love,
Raylene
(Or as Cole officially started…. Ray Ray)

Every single time I would see ol Skallywag all I could do is smile. He was such a simple, funny, always down to play any sport any time and I just Love You Brother. My heart is broken. You were just too young man. I could tell stories for days about the good times we use to have. Some of the best parts of my life included you Cole. I just wish we could go hit one more bucket of balls at Inglewood driving range. Rest In Peace my brother! Because that’s all I ever felt when I was around you was peace. My condolences to the Skelhorns! A great guy like Cole can only come from a great family as your selves.
I am so sorry Patti and family. Hugs to you all. Ontario family
I will always remember my sweet little boy who was always busy figuring out which pop contained the lid with the free one under it. Cole was a sweet and charming little boy who grew up in a fast and challenging world with many unanswered questions about the future. We know you are at place where you are safe, so rest in peace beautiful soul. Will miss you and keep your memories close to my heart.
Cole was always referred to in my family as “Cole-kiss” cause he was my sister’s first kiss! Haha! I would talk to Cole on the phone when he would call for my sister and always loved seeing him around junior high. I am praying for Carlie, Misty and Cole’s parents. God is close to the broken hearted and rescues those who are crushed in the spirit.
