It is with great sadness that I learned that Jeremy had passed away.
I got to know him during our occupational therapy sessions in Montreal earlier this year. You could say he struck a cord with this mom of sons close to his age.
Jeremy was a tall quiet young man who was interested in learning, He was bright, kind and courageous.
His short journey was not an easy one and I feel privileged to have met him. I take comfort in knowing than he had a chance to reunite with his family and that he is at peace now. I'd like to believe that somehow our paths will cross again.
So long my friend, you will be missed !
